Shipping & Logistics Policy

At Boyao Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., we are committed to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of our products to customers worldwide.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer flexible international shipping options based on customer needs:
- EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP terms available upon request
- Shipping via sea freight, air freight, or international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on product size and urgency
- For mold and part shipments, we typically recommend sea freight for cost-efficiency and air for urgent spare parts or small orders
2. Lead Time & Delivery Schedule
- Molds: Standard production lead time is 18–25 business days, depending on complexity
- Stamped Parts: Production lead time is typically 10–15 business days for repeat orders
- After completion, shipment arrangements will be made within 3–5 business days
Rush orders are accepted with prior confirmation and may incur an additional service fee.
3. Packaging & Protection
All goods are packed securely to withstand long-distance transportation:
- Mold components are protected with anti-rust oil, plastic wrap, and custom wooden crates
- Stamped parts are layered, bagged, and palletized as required
- All packages are labeled with project number and part ID for easy identification and traceability
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed under DDP terms
- We will assist in providing all necessary shipping documents:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading / AWB
- Certificate of origin (if required)
5. Shipping Insurance
- By default, standard freight does not include insurance
- Insurance coverage is available upon request and quoted separately
- In the event of transit damage or loss, we will assist in claim documentation
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Once goods are handed over to the carrier under agreed Incoterms, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer
- Please inspect goods promptly upon arrival. Report any visible damage within 3 working days with photo evidence for support
7. Logistics Support
If you have a preferred freight forwarder, we can coordinate accordingly. Otherwise, we are happy to recommend reliable international logistics partners.
